Patricia Montgomery took her first photograph as a small child holding her mother’s black, no-name box camera. Though always quite the snap-happy teen and young adult, Patricia’s love of photography flourished with the first click of a 35mm Canon AE1 SLR film camera. Years later an astonishing new world of imagery revealed itself as she entered the world of artistic digital photography. She now totes a backpack with two digital cameras, a Canon 30D and an infrared-converted Canon 20D, along with an assortment of lens.
Traveling together for more than 20 years, Patricia and her husband have to date visited 41 states in the U.S. and all but 2 provinces in Canada
She lives in the small Georgia farm community with her husband and two dogs in a cozy retreat atop Buck’s Mountain.
